In this song he discusses his hope that people will become aware there is a higher power and that through that power they will be able to find strength and hope in a world full of risks and threats. He uses metaphors, allusion, and irony to describe what a ‘real man’ is. He rejects the idea that masculinity is based on outward appearance or bravado or cloths and instead says it abut how you act and represent yourself. He tells young men to stay humble and criticizes the police for their attacks on teens and poor handling of youth crime. Saba also describes his positive mental health by maintaining his optimism and claiming to see the whole universe of possibilities.
