This is a thought provoking inspirational song with accompanying Lesson Plan. The vocabulary is extensive and could support a discussion of its own, however, the themes and content will push students’ abilities too. It pushes a positive message which challenges students to set themselves high expectations as they are already bigger than they could imagine. It encourages critical thought and uses a range of language features including hyperbole, simile, personification, metaphor, pun, slang, euphemism, symbolism, alliteration, rhyme, rhythm, and irony.
